18 U.S.C. §2257 Record Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

The operator of OnlyBanned is not the producer (whether primary or secondary, as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257) of any of the content found on OnlyBanned. The operator’s activities with respect to such content are limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, and/or formatting of depictions posted by third-party users in areas of the website under the user’s control.

Any request regarding § 2257 records in relation to content found on OnlyBanned must be directed to the respective uploader, producer, studio, performer, or account holder of the content (“Verified Creators”).

OnlyBanned maintains the following compliance procedures regarding uploaded content:

All Verified Creators must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority required by their state, jurisdiction, or country, if higher) and are personally identified and verified at account activation prior to being permitted to upload, share, or sell content on OnlyBanned.
Prior to uploading content, Verified Creators must provide evidence or certify that:
- All individuals appearing in the content are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the minimum age required by applicable law in their jurisdiction, if higher).
- All individuals appearing in the content freely and affirmatively consented to participate at the time of production and consent to the distribution of such content on OnlyBanned.
- As the producer of the content, the Verified Creator is compliant with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and agrees to maintain and provide required documentation promptly upon lawful request.
- The uploaded content complies with OnlyBanned’s Terms of Service and all related policies, including but not limited to its Child Sexual Abuse Material Policy and Non-Consensual Content Policy.
